Reception at the Executive Residence

EarthIT attends a reception at the Executive Residence.

As a sponsor of the 2009 Governor’s Business Plan Contest, EarthIT was invited to a reception on August 17, 2009 at the Executive Residence in Maple Bluff to honor all the sponsors of the Contest. Commerce Secretary Dick Leinenkugel spoke at the event. EarthIT has sponsored the Contest two years running and supports the WI Tech Council in development of the web application for the contest.

EarthIT attended the DIY Social Media Workshop

hosted by SOHOBizTube and SWAY in Madison, WI. John Samuelson, from EarthIT, was there for the all day event and was able to network with a variety of folks and take back some useful information related to social media. Presenters included Steve Glynn of Spreenkler, Jason Sway of SWAY, and Scott Baitinger of Mader Communications and founder of Streetza Pizza.

EarthIT Employees Get Creative With A Paint Brush

EarthIT hosts an art party for its employees.

All EarthIT employees got together, ate, drank (lemonade of course) and let the creativity flow through a paint brush. Everyone painted an original piece of artwork on canvas. Even the kids of some of the employee joined in the fun. It was a great time and the office decor is better for it as all the paintings were hung around the office.
