We will steer the direction of the conversation as we listen and as the project matures through the discovery phase to avoid early missteps.
We Plan
Proper planning is key to a successful project outcome. Most of the time the client has already started the planning; we pick up the ball and continue the process with you. This is where we gather business requirements, generate use cases, and define an early timeline. Not everything will be envisioned at the early stage but the goal is to try to capture as much as possible but always remain flexible and reasonable.
We Design
Wireframes and mockups are part of our design process. This is where we turn what we learned in planning into visual aids for how the website will be laid out (wireframes) and look (mockups).
We Develop
This is where it gets fun and where the application starts to take shape and our clients can begin to interact with the web application or website. Some projects start with a prototype of the application or certain areas of the application.
We Produce
The website goes live, the client is happy and we all have a drink! Then back to work because with any growing web based business (our clients) their application needs to grow as their business grows to meet the ever changing needs of their customers.
